Not recorded by Rosie, but records from Rothamsted traps at Reay and Watten in 1991, 1993, 1994  and 1996
Scottish Status: Common, mainly western & Highlands - trends possibly stable. UK Status: Local
UK distribution shows significant decline since 1970 but becoming more widespread in Scotland. (cf: Atlas of Britain & Ireland's Larger Moths)
First and last  flight dates recorded  in Caithness:  26th June to 14th July
