Current status uncertain - appears to be very local and scarce.
Described by Rosie as fairly common in Regions 1 and 2 but less so in Region 4.
Since then records from the Reay Rothamsted site in 1980, and since 2000 single records from three other sites
Scottish Status: Widespread but becoming infrequent - trends uncertain. UK Status: Common
First and last flight dates recorded in Caithness: 1st July to 27th July
